H.L. "Apricity" is the outstanding hymn on this album. Majestic and intensive like a hazy and snowy winter day it caught me from the beginning with its melancholy. An album full of such songs could easily become album of the year! This track alone is a good enough reason to get this album. The rest is more ordinary, solid raw but atmospheric black metal with a lot of raging passages and icy guitars but enough variation to stay interesting. Favorite track: Apricity.
