TRIJUMF play very lively, but repetitive and raw black metal on their debut which is driven by brain piercing guitars. The reverberant, raw vocals are more supportive than dominant and the drum work is not really complex. All in all the songs are maybe a bit too long but somehow that also supports the hypnotic appearance, Check "1425 dana". H.L.

While I’m a bigger fan of revenant marquis than I am of lamp of murmuur, his side of the split hits hard. Both Revenant Marquis and Lamp of Murmuur are some of the best one man metal bands. Hunter McMillin

there's something quite ethereal about this album, not your average bm sound. Disconcerting and, drawing you in at the same time. Unusual, and, brilliant. paganchild1
